Almond Croissant Baked Oats 

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • I cup Rolled Oats

  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Sweetener

  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence 

  • 1 cup Milk (of choice) 

  • Flaked Almonds

  • Icing Sugar

    Method
    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
    2. Add all ingredients (except almonds and icing sugar) to an oven-safe dish
    3. Mix together until combined
    4. Sprinkle with flaked almonds
    5. Bake for 15 minutes (or until cooked through)
    6. Dust with icing sugar before serving
    7. Serve with high-protein yoghurt and a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!


Note: if you are time-poor like me just prep the night before (leave covered in the fridge overnight) and bake for an extra 5 mins in the morning 👌
