Dark Chocolate and Cinnamon baked oats

Serves 1

Ingredients
- 50g oats (~1/2 cup)
- 20g protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 100ml milk (~1/2 cup)
- 1x square dark chocolate

Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
2. Combine dry ingredients in a small oven-safe bowl (oats, protein powder, baking powder and cinnamon)
3. Add in wet ingredients (maple syrup and milk) and combine
4. Add a piece of dark chocolate to the centre of the bowl and cover it with a small amount of mixture
5. Sprinkle on a little more cinnamon
6. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes
7. Enjoy!

(p.s. I like to serve mine with high-protein vanilla yoghurt)

Note: if you are time-poor like me just prep the night before (leave covered in the fridge overnight) and bake for an extra 5 mins in the morning 👌
