Sticky Date Overnight Oats

This recipe includes Medjool dates which are a powerhouse ingredient, packed with fibre and antioxidants. I love incorporating them into my diet, and I encourage the same for my clients—the perfect addition to any meal!

Combine:
5g chia seeds
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
2 chopped Medjool dates (pitted)
1/2 cup milk (any kind you like)
2 large scoops of a high-protein yoghurt
(Optional) 1 scoop of protein powder for an extra bit of protein 

🥄 Leave overnight, then top with melted Biscoff spread in the morning. Enjoy!

For those that want to know - this sweet and satisfying meal is packed with 27g of protein and 9g of fibre to keep you full and fuelled for the day. Plus, it’s only 440 calories! 💪
