High protein LCM’s

These are a great snack to have around your training sessions, they have plenty of carbs and a decent amount of protein 👌

Serves 12

150g marshmallows
50g margarine
150g soy protein crisps
2 rows of melted chocolate

1. Melt the marshmallows and margarine in the microwave (in 15-second increments)
2. Once melted combine the soy protein crisps
3. Distribute out into a small muffin tin
4. Press flat
5. Pop in the fridge or freezer for a few hours
6. Pop out, drizzle with melted chocolate
7. Enjoy!
